julie was absolutely amazing !! my house sold so quickly- just from the first open house!! she was great with responding to my silly questions (even on weekends) she went into great detail with anything i didn’t understand and reminded me of any upcoming appointments and was great with communication!! highly recommend her!

Julie was an absolute treat to work with. We came into the process with very little knowledge of where to start or what to do and she coached us every step of the way. Although we had an extremely smooth and uneventful closing there were several points where Julie and her contacts that were assisting us warned us of potential complications that could arise. We didn't have any such issues but I have great confidence that if we had more difficulties they would've been dealt with handily. She made herself extremely available for us in short notice, in late nights, and weekends as well. She went to bat for us everytime at the drop of a hat, even getting us in a few days before closing to take some measurements for furniture we were ordering.
